I think your CD is wonderful and sooo relaxing and I can't believe how clear the toning is. I have been under a great deal of stress looking after a close friend that has been critically ill for some time. When I need to relax I put on your CD to listen to and within a short while I have regained my sense of calm and centeredness. Donna
