The Healing Touch Experience
When you begin your healing journey you may choose nutritional or spiritual guidance, take an intriguing course, gain insight from someone you meet or read a book that inspires you to release old patters of behaviour.
It is often through a series of discoveries that you reach the place of wellness that is your potential. There is the discovery of which path feels right at the moment, when it is time to release something that is no longer working or step out on a new path, and there are the inner discoveries of who you are, the dawning awareness that as you release pain and emotion you grow into a person that has more depth and awareness.
Healing Touch is one of the less invasive forms of healing body and mind. Wellness occurs by attempting to balance the subtle energetic field of the body and return the live-force to its natural state. Healing Touch outwardly appears to be working with the physical body. To an observer there is a gentle touch and even when a practioner’s hands move off of the body, the client relaxation is obvious to the viewer. Breathing becomes deeper and even, there may be a sigh, the facial features soften and the muscles of arms and legs relax.
The human experience has many layers. Ranging through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers is a linking process that can be accessed through tapping into the potential of energy healing. And that is the magic of Healing Touch. As subtle energy moves though your physical body it also is touching upon layers that, although not physical, make up the totality of who you are and how you operate through your life.
As the whole of the body becomes balanced, your reality can also change. This is called personal growth and can be one of the positive side-effects of Healing Touch. For example, whereas once you might have made choices that caused you inner anguish, after experiencing the balancing effect of Healing Touch sessions you may have gained inner awareness and clarity and now make lifestyle choices that add to your wholeness and self empowerment. As you move forward with clarity and awareness you will find you no longer react to people and events in ways that are damaging to either yourself or others.
